I am an accredited (BACP) counsellor and accredited (ACAT) CAT Practitioner with an MA in counselling studies (UOM 2008). I have 25 years experince in H.E and in private practice. I offer both short term and longer term therapy. I also offer training therapy (and supervision) as well as CAT reformulation sessions for clinical psychologists and therapists. My approach to therapy is to enable clients to feel understood, safe and heard. We can then explore what may have hindered change or may have led to unhelpful patterns of coping (from past experinces & life events). This helps to develop relational skills. I offer online zoom therapy sessions to all locations across the UK (as well as outside the UK). I am based in Saddleworth.
