I am a Clinical Psychologist and accredited Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) practitioner. I work for the NHS in secondary care mental health services and offer private therapy online in the evenings and at weekends.
I believe that for many reasons we can feel stuck and uncertain in our lives. Working together with someone to understand and make sense of our experiences can be the starting point of positive changes in our relationships with ourselves, those around us and our environment. Therapy offers a person space to reflect and make sense of their experiences and this is why I am very passionate about my role as a therapist and the benefit of engaging in therapy.
I offer 8, 16 and 24 sessions of Cognitive Analytic Therapy as well as a more integrative psychological approach to therapy.
I also offer therapy to Cognitive Analytic Therapy trainees
