To introduce myself, my name is Dr Claire Wilson.  I am a Chartered and Registered Clinical Psychologist and a CAT practitioner (a total of 8 years of training - 6 to become a Psychologist and 2 for the CAT practitioner training).  I offer day time and evening appointments.  I specialise in working with trauma related presentations but also have a breadth of experience in working with relational / relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, panic, OCD and other difficulties.  CAT is a great model for ensuring you receive in depth work within a time limited approach and a set number of sessions.  The therapeutic relationship is the most important tool of change and I prioritises the building of a safe and collaborative therapeutic space from which to undertake the therapeutic work.  Please get in touch to see how we could work together to help you achieve your goals.
