Bolton [Lesley Greensitt]

I am an ACAT Accredited CAT practitioner, I have worked in an Adult Mental health team in Lancashire for the NHS since 1997.  In April 2016 I joined an all age Eating Disorder service in the same NHS Trust.  I qualified as a CAT practitioner in 2012 and previous to this I worked as a counsellor for fifteen years in an Adult Mental Health team, predominently IAPT. I am an accredited counsellor with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapist and I'm also a supervisor of helping professions, I can offer CAT infomed supervision.

I run a small private practice working with  individuals and I enjoy working with a range of psychological problems, including relationship difficulties, anxirety and deprssion,  emotional and physcial abuse and childhood neglect and abandonment. I have a special interest in helping a person explore the roots of their depression, anxiety and low self esteem and their relationship diffiuclties. I am passionate about CAT as a model and in my experience clients have found CAT to be extremely helpful in increasing their relational awareness (how they relate to them self and others) and they have expressed that CAT has helped them when other therapies haven't. I am also registered as a therapist for CAT trainee's.
