I began practising as a psychotherapist in 2007. I have been working with the Cognitive Analytic Therapy model for 6 years and have more recently become accredited. I work across North Yorkshire and East Lancashire.

Using my experience from NHS and private settings I aim to aid understanding, promote recognition of patterns of coping and relating and offer alternatives to the, sometimes unhelpful, ways in which we try to cope with difficulties, challenges and struggles.

I can work with a range of adults and young people who are experiencing emotional and mental health difficulties, or those who wish to explore their ways of being with themselves and others. I can offer individually tailored therapy, informed by Cognitive Analytic Therapy and other models such as EMDR and I can offer sessions both remotely (phone or video facility) or from my base in West Craven, Near Skipton.
