Manchester and Online [Sophia Kariotaki]

I  am an accredited CAT practitioner and a senior counselling psychologist with more than 15 years of experience working in mental health settings.

Alongside my private practice I have always been working in NHS and third sector organisations and I have a variety of experience working with adults in health psychology settings, primary care and with individuals with long term interpersonal difficulties.

I am very passionate with my job and I am aiming to offer to my clients an environment that they can feel safe to explore their current struggles and develop better ways to manage difficulties and connect with themselves and others.

In my private practice I offer short term and long term therapy to adults, using primarily CAT, supporting them to develop a better understanding and relationship with themselves and others and develop better ways to cope.

I am also an EMDR practitioner.

My availability is on Tuesdays 10am to 4pm and Saturdays 9am to 12pm.
