I'm an experienced consultant clinical psychologist with over 20 years’ experience working with adults within NHS community, secondary and primary care settings.  I have been a qualified CAT practitioner for over 12 years. 

My therapy is strongly influenced by the CAT model to provide clinical work for a wide range of difficulties, where the focus is on how our habitual patterns of relating to others, and to ourselves, can restrict our enjoyment of life and keep us feeling stuck.  I also draw on other integrative psychotherapy models including sensorimotor psychotherapy and evolutionary approaches.    Broadly, I view the frame of therapy as a co-created space in which change and new possibilities can emerge, alongside an increased sense of choice. 

I offer therapeutic support for a range psychological problems including anxiety, depression, acceptance and adjustment, and stress-related problems.  I also have a specialist interest in working with adults navigating the psychological and emotional impact of living with long-term health conditions, including persistent pain.  

I primarily offer online therapy, however options for hybrid and face to face therapy can be considered depending on location.

I normally work on Wednesdays and Fridays.
