I am a fully insured and accredited CAT practitioner with over 15 years of experience in mental health services based in Liverpool, UK. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Mentalisation Based Treatment (MBT). I can support you to manage difficult mental health conditions in the community like stress, self-esteem, anxiety, grief, depression, relationship problems, and dealing with traumatic events, for example. I also do supportive work around racial trauma and issues affecting people from marginalized communities. I am available on weekdays (evenings only). I offer a free 30-minute consultation.
