Hello there,

Here is some information to help you to decide if you would like to work together. In approaching therapy, it may be that you are thinking about your relationship with yourself or others. You may have undertaken significant transitions or are anticipating such. It may be that you are just finding everything tough going and can’t work out what’s going on?

I offer a therapeutic space in which we can consider what might be most helpful as we formulate together a picture of you in relation to your world. If we think it might be helpful, I also offer creative methods through which we can deepen our understanding and expand our way of working together, such as art making, creative writing and use of miniatures. I can also offer Somatic working using understanding from Compassionate Mind Theory.

Some practical information: I am an Accredited Counsellor and CAT Practitioner. I have worked in the NHS throughout my career and currently work in Cancer care.

I am available to work face to face and online Mondays (all day) and some evenings. I live in South Warrington.  Please contact me via the ACAT website
