I offer CAT to clients in Cheshire and South Manchester, primarily at a small private spa in Bowdon. 

My NHS practice as a Clinical Psychologist has specialised in working with adults in primary care.  That is, in therapies that are brief, have research to evidence that they work and that are targeted at well-being and building resilience; alongside addressing common difficulties such as stress, burnout, relationship problems, anxieties and low mood. 

I am qualified to use a number of different therapies, but have found that CAT, in particular, is an excellent tool for building self-knowledge and for making key shifts in relationships with other people and ourselves.  I see it as an individualised, confidential, professional collaboration to work out why you do what you do, and how to change it.
