I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and experienced and accredited CAT practitioner with almost 20 years of experience working in both the NHS and private practice as clinical lead.

I work with a wide range of difficulties relating to psychological health and well being including anxiety, stress and low mood, eating problems, personality issues, obsessive compulsive disorder, anger issues and PTSD (Post traumatic stress disorder). I also see adults with a diagnosis of ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) and ADHD. I have accumulated a good deal of experience working with young adults (aged 16 +) around personality issues or stress/anxiety and low mood around school, university or other challenges. I also use CAT regularly with couples experiencing difficulties in their relationship.
