I'm a Consultant Clinical Psychologist who worked for the NHS for 25 years and was head of the Adult Psychological Therapy Service in York for 14 years. As a psychologist, I draw upon many different models and theories in my work with clients, but CAT is my main way of working. My main area of experience is with the full range of common mental health problems in adults. I trained as a CAT Practioner from 2000 to 2002. I'm available to see private clients on Mondays and Tuesdays, either face-to-face or via Zoom.
