Hi, I am a Psychological Therapist predominately working in the NHS. I am an ACAT CAT Practitioner and registered with the HPC as an Occupational Therapist and I offer individual therapy online and have over ten years of experience working with adults. Some of the difficulties I have worked with have been around anxiety, stress, depression, personality difficulties, relationships difficulties, trauma, substance misuse and offending.
