...I am a CAT psychotherapist. I worked in the NHS for 30+ years, most recently in a specialist CAT service. Having worked with adults presenting with many different psychological difficulties I value CAT's relational focus. This helps us look beyond diagnosis to hear people's stories, and from there we can develop a joint understanding of the problems and context, working together on options and possibilities.
I have a small private practice and offer therapy online.. If you'd like more information, or want to discuss whether I may be able to help, please contact me by email; judithloftus97@gmail.com
