Pocklington and Seaton Ross [Sharon Croskin]

I am a Chartered Consultant Clinical Health Psychologist registered with the HCPC and the BPS, the latter as a senior practitioner psychologist specialising in psychotherapy.  I have over 26 years of experience working in private practice and mental health services in the UK, New Zealand and South Africa.  In addition to my training as a psychologist, I completed a PhD in psychoanalytic psychotherapy in South Africa.  I am interested in the mind-body connection and was Consultant Psychologist for the Heart Foundation of South Africa and one of their panel of experts.  I have worked with a range of presentations including trauma (EMDR), personality disorders, eating disorders, mood disorders, grief, general relationship issues, stress management, depression and anxiety and have found that CAT provided a user-friendly and collaborative way of working with the complexity of the human psyche.
