I have had a mental health career that spans over thirty years. My clinical special interest is in women’s health and within the intimate relationship context with women and couples where difficulties arise from pregnancy, fertility choices, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, or related to a gynaecological condition including those which result in painful sex.

I am trained and experienced in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (Diploma), EMDR (parts 1-4), Family Therapy (Masters), and Compassion Focused Therapy but in a private capacity work primarily within a CAT framework, offering therapy and I am a registered CAT supervisor.

I offer online therapy and face to face contact in Morpeth, Northumberland. I continue to work in the NHS and so my private practice is limited to a Monday.

I am happy to offer a free 30 minute consultation to discuss potential therapy, answer any questions and so that we can discuss whether we think I am best placed to work with you.
